Therapeutic Approach

Individualized Care

My approach is rooted in evidence-based psychological treatments, spec Acceptance and Commitment Therapy adapted to meet the unique needs of each individual. I take time to understand how you experience the world, what has been difficult, and what you would like to change. For autistic and neurodivergent clients, this means focusing on the fit between your needs and your environment rather than assuming that every difficulty reflects a problem within the person. Together, we identify practical strategies, build self-understanding, and work toward meaningful, sustainable goals.
